Objective:
Bank of America
wanted an advanced interface for their interactive banking services
that could be developed and maintained by internal Bank of America
staff.
vivid Implementation:
vivid,
in conjunction with Ketchum Interactive, worked with Bank of America
in the concept and planning as well as the design and prototype
stages to conceptualize an advanced Internet interface to Bank of
America's services, products, and corporate information. The prototype
described navigation to a complex set of services as well as a vast
amount of potential content, financial tools, communication modes,
and online banking services.
In addition,
the team outlined a system that would allow each user to have a
personalized banking experience. This included easy access to content,
tools, and services that relate to each user in terms of their interests,
needs, and account details. This also allowed communications between
the bank and its customers to be more personalized.
These prototypes
were instrumental for the internal Bank of America Internet team
as they designed, developed, and produced their site in-house.
