Web Strategist

The Web Strategist works as
a leading member of the Strategic Services team, driving industry
analysis for clients to assess market opportunities, develop
competitive strategies and refine business models. The Web Strategist
works directly with clients to define their strategic vision
and ensure that the design of their site matches and supports
their business objectives. This position requires a thorough
understanding of the Web industry backed by extremely strong
qualitative and quantitative market analysis skills and highly-effective
written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the
Internet industry and/or 3-4 years experience in the strategic
consulting industry
- Solid understanding of financial
modeling and ROI analysis
- Strong command of Internet
business models and competitive Web strategies
- Outstanding market research
and analytical skills
- Extremely strong written and
verbal communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively
with clients
- Computer and Internet knowledge
a must, including strong command of Web browsers, Word, Excel,
and Powerpoint; some Dream Weaver and HTML helpful
- MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients
to assess Internet market opportunities, develop competitive
strategies, and refine online business models
- Lead client strategy worksessions
to establish clientsí key business objectives and align
their strategic vision with the design of their website
- Design and oversee the production
of Internet market research to assess and validate client initiatives
- Develop financial models for
clients and related quantitative metrics to analyze return on
investment (ROI)
- Develop client presentations
and industry-specific reports
- Play an integral role in defining
