Keeping Projects on Track
The Producers Group serves
many vital functions at vivid: handling projects, from
proposal to launch; lending a guiding hand to the Experience
and Engineering groups; providing administrative support and
dealing with the nitty-gritty details of making sure everyone
attends the right meetings, gets all the email, meets all their
deadlines, and comes away feeling good about their work. It's
kind of like having the parents you always wished you had...
Team roles:
Director, Producers Group (Debbie Lefkowitz)
Focuses on skill development and career advancement within the
group. She also provides clients and project teams with producers
whose technical acumen, management skills, and leadership are

Senior Producers (Arlo Corwin, David De Andreis)
Producers (Chris Tung, Kristen Bottrell, Luke Moody, Michelle
Kensinger)

the project team. Unless the project has an Executive Producer,
the Producer is ultimately accountable for completing the p roject
on time and budget. Senior Producers manage projects of greater
size and/or complexity, occasionally orchestrating a team of
producers who are individually responsible for specific stages
or phases of the project.
Associate Producers (Brian Biggs, Kerry Kelley)
Responsible for writing, editing, and estimating resources for
projects.
Production Assistants
Carry out the evil plans of the producers (e.g., assist producers
