CRUSH CD-ROM

CRUSH is the first title in a series of interactive business training and productivity tools produced by vivid for Hands-On Technology (HOT). CRUSH is based on the marketing process and theories of marketing consultant Regis McKenna.

Created for product managers and marketing directors, CRUSH helps users analyze the environmental factors that affect the perceptions of the customers for their products or services, and study the competition to identify threats and opportunities. Eleven case studies illustrate the different steps of the program with real-world examples, including the battle between Sega and Nintendo, Coca-Cola and Pepsi, and the Intel marketing program for which the product is named. In addition, Regis McKenna appears throughout the product to assist and inform users at every step of the way.

CRUSH is a hybrid product: a productivity tool rich in content, with an onscreen "coach" who guides users through steps, helping them to make decisions and offering real-world advice to facilitate their interactions.

CRUSH contains nearly two hours of time-based media, including over 30 minutes of original music, and a custom-designed interface. Charts, graphs, and data generated in worksheets can be printed for use in reports and presentations.

CRUSH is now available on CD-ROM for Macintosh and Windows.
