Welcome to the Green Room

...where the stage crew catches a quick smoke while the actors go on. While not technically a part of the project team, the Operations Group provides all the necessary "behind-the-scenes" administrative and business support to vivid, allowing our productions to move along as planned.

Who's in the group:

Public Relations Manager (Anita Corona)
Our very own "Media Madam," the PR Manager creates and distributes vivid's promotional, marketing, and public relations materials, as well as all corporate communications. She also fields press inquiries, arranges speaking engagements and interviews, and calms nervous vividians suffering from last-minute stagefright (Anita's special "Margarita Relaxation Technique" is downright miraculous!)

Business Development Coordinator (Michelle Kensinger)
Whenever new business knocks on our door, we send it directly to the Business Development Coordinator. Her job entails coordinating all new business proposals and presentations, evaluating RFP's, and providing initial and follow-up communication to business inquiries. She also works closely with the President and PR Manager on marketing and other administrative efforts.

Accounting Coordinator (Meredith Texada)
The Accounting Coordinator provides bookkeeping, report preparation, payroll, and AR/AP assistance to the CFO.

HR Administrator/Officer Manager (Alisa Schulman)
Maintains our facilities and all the stuff contained therein, so that we may work under the most comfortable, accomodating, non-Dilbert-esque conditions possible. Knows top-secet locations of "missing" items such as toner, letterhead, and post-it notes(TM). As HR Administrator, she coordinates all of vivid's HR functions including: recruiting, contacting job applicants, employment contracts, vacation tracking, updating employee records, and benefits administration. She oversees our weekly compact disc drawing (vivid's way of letting our staff augment the office music collection) with true game-show flair, and organizes staff parties, beer bashes, and outings.

Receptionists (Meghan McHugh, Valerie Brown)
Fielding phone calls, distributing mail and faxes, greeting visitors, and making prank announcements over the phone intercoms are among the receptionists' responsibilities. They also provide additional administrative and clerical support to the Operations Group, and track our every move through their highly sophisticated "sign-out sheet" technology.

Where they go:

Home at the end of a normal working day--but HEY! We're not bitter!
