Alphabet Soup

Meet the folks who have risen so high in the organization that they can only be referred to by acronym.

Who's in the group:

CEO (Chief Executive Officer) + President (Henri Poole)
The big kahuna. El Presidente. He Who Charts Our Course. The CEO is the captain of the ship, the visionary who spies land on the horizon while the rest of us are nervously watching for sharks in the immediate vicinity. His two primary responsibilities are driving the strategic vision and growth of vivid and overseeing the COO, CFO, and CTO in ensuring our smooth and profitable operation.

COO (Chief Operating Officer) (Craig Wingate)
Seated at the right hand of the CEO is the COO, whose vision extends inward. He oversees all matters operational (including infrastructure, facilities, contracts, personnel, resources, and marketing).

CFO (Chief Financial Officer) (Peter Christy)
The CFO is the holder of the royal purse strings. He works closely with producers and the rest of the Management Team to allocate resources, approve project budgets, and ensure a prosperous future for us all. His many spine-tingling duties include: managing the entire accounting system, developing operational budgets, and creating really complicated-looking cash flow projection reports to make the rest of us feel good.

CTO (Chief Technology Officer) (Mark Scott Johnson)
The CTO spends his days building equity in key technical areas that can be leveraged for use in client projects and internal operations. This responsibility requires him to be ever-vigilant of established and emerging technologies, and to coordinate internal training for the Engineering Group (including, but not limited to, arranging onsite and offsite product demos, negotiating technology-sharing and transfer agreements, and emailing lengthy notes detailing his research at conferences and lectures). He also plans and oversees technical development on all internal and project-related work, and advises the Engineering Manager on recruitment, hiring, training, and management of members of the Engineering Group.

Creative Director (CD) (Nathan Shedroff)
In addition to his responsibilities to the Experience Group, the Creative Director is the guardian angel and chief contributor to vivid's overall creative process, as well as the liaision between the Experience Group and the Management Group.

Where they go:

Quarterly management offsites at undisclosed locations (but they always come back with piles of seashells and sand in their shoes, so we have our suspicions).

Meet the rest of the teams:
