Working in synergy with vivid's CEO and CCO, Victoria has become the mistress of chaos control. Orchestrating a multitude of executive business operations, she succeeds sans the assistance of whips or other intimidating devices to ensure that deadlines never slip and commitments are met. Key amongst her many hat-changing responsibilites are roles in qualifying new business opportunities, and acting as associate producer on such projects as The Webby Awards and other unique branding projects.

Previous challenging experiences include assisting high-level executives for Fortune 100 companies such as Oracle and IBM, as well as start-ups such as OpenVision and nCUBE, where she was also Travel Manager and was responsible for the corporate travel policy and program. Upon coming to vivid she immediately celebrated by hosting a bonfire party, burning every last thread of her corporate identity "power suits." The party is said to have lasted approximately 240 hours.

When she's not busy keeping her teams in line, she can be found pounding-it-out at the dance studio, in the boxing ring, or other pound-em-down venues on any one of the neighborhood barstools. If your chin wanders up to the bar tops and cages that swing, you might even catch a glimpse of her alter-ego others have named "Mantis-after-Midnight". Victoria's latest creative and physical outlets have been designing rock-the-house fashions and diva-dramatic corsetry for women under her label nV Victoria Vitalie.
