Fed up with a shoebox apartment and humid NYC summers, Arlo hopped in his friend's car and headed for the left coast. Five weeks later, and after a whirlwind mountain biking/hiking adventure, he found himself crossing the Golden Gate into San Francisco.

Arlo is a native of New England, yet did a good part of his growing up overseas. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Arlo has spent time working on a Research Fishing Trawler, managing projects for the United States Information Agency, and before vivid, as a Producer with K2 Design, in NYC.

Arlo remains drawn to the ever-evolving landscape of new media and the new challenges it constantly presents. He enjoys the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, and the fact that he can play guitar at work.
