Propelled by the thought of another Chicago winter, Kristen moved to SF in January after reading vivid's book, Careers in Multimedia. Despite four years throwing back lattes and enjoying the Seattle local music scene while attending the University of Washington, she had yet to find her "calling." Determined to work in an industry where she would not have to wear a suit or pantyhose, she decided multimedia was the perfect choice. After months of harassing various multimedia companies she was hired at vivid where she provided invaluable support to the Producer's Group and eventually rose to the rank of Producer.

Being an avid traveler, she has journeyed several times to Eastern and Western Europe. In addition to speaking French and a bit of Hungarian and German, Kristen has a talent for imitating various foreign accents. When not at vivid, she can be found attending classes in San Francisco State University's Multimedia Studies Program, engrossed in a film, or out enjoying the Bay weather.
