Victor Barclay Senior Buildmaster A born globe-trotter, Victor has lived in Vietnam, Thailand, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and France before finally settling in the Bay Area. As he is fond of saying when people mention some pop culture reference of the '70s or '80s that he doesn't recognize -- "I vas not raised een dees country." While attending Stanford University in the Symbolic Systems program, he interned at Hewlett-Packard Labs where he developed prototypes for a visual programming language, then worked at SLAC (home of the first US webserver) where he learned the wonders of Perl and HTML. In the meantime, Victor plays bass for Cain, Substance-D, and drums for the legendary masters of intoxicated surf ? The Aquamen. He currently spends his weekends driving to music stores in "The Luv Macheen," his '65 Galaxie 500, on a quest for the ultimate sparkly blue snare drum.
